• Leagues, teams, and participants grant PTRTV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use names, logos, liveries, team branding, driver likenesses, and in-game footage as part of the broadcast and related promotional materials.
   
• Any restrictions on replay usage, exclusivity, or platform distribution must be explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
   
• PTRTV does not guarantee perpetual hosting of replays unless specifically stated in a separate agreement.
